Team Sideline Help

If you are having trouble accessing your SBMSA Customer (Team Sideline) account, please see below.

Please access the forgot password link for an “SBMSA customer” attempting to log into Team Sideline here. If you are an “SBMSA admin”, please access the forgot password link here.

A common login issue can be that you no longer use the same email address you originally used to sign up as an SBMSA Customer. Please make sure you provide the correct email address to login to your SBMSA account. If you no longer have access to the email address you originally used, please contact us at SBMSA, and we can manually update your email address.

If you do not remember what email address you originally used to sign up as an SBMSA customer, please contact us at SBMSA to look up your account email.

If you accidentally set up two separate accounts at some point in the past and are no longer able to log into the correct account, contact us at SBMSA and ask to have your customer accounts merged.

If you are locked out of your account or resetting your password has not worked, please contact Team Sideline’s Customer Support team. We have found them to be very helpful and quick to resolve account issues. You can:
